Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations - Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Returns/Exchanges - Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We do not normally do exchanges since the items are made to order. Make sure to order the correct size using the size guide. If the product has a defect we can exchange/replace the item.

If your product came damaged or defective then you can contact us with proof of damage and we can work from there. You must send photo proof of the damage or defectiveness before returning the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages - We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.
